Comrade Damian Ifeanyi (Director of Operations)
Mr. Ifeanyi Damian is the Founder and Director of Operations of Care for Social Welfare International. With over 3 years of Professional experience in humanitarian project, with various certification and training in humanitarian response from various Institutes including Philanthropy University in partnership with Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley, ACUMEN, Girls Sparks and Fhi360, on (1)Girl Centered Design, (2)Human Capital Strategy and (3)Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation, World Health Organization (WHO) on (1)ePROTECT Occupational Health and Safety and (2)Incident Management System (Tier 2), UNICEF and Cartedo on Design Thinking Challenge to Address Challenges Posed by COVID-19, Africa leadership Institute (ALI) on, (1)Leadership and Management, (2)Managing Individual, (3)Social Media Campaign, (4)Communication Skill at Workplace, and (5)Innovation Management, Young Africa leaders Initiative Network (YALI Network) of the United State of America on (1)Community Organizing for Action, (2)Human Right, (3)Right of Women and Girls, (4)Servant Leadership, (5)Agripreneurship and Climate Change, Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF) on Understanding, Preventing and Responding to Gender Based Violence and with Sansvid-M on (1)Human Resource Management and (2)Project Management.
During his mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Ifeanyi served as the Welfare Director at Drug Free Club (NYSC Oshodi-Isolo LGA), and lead various outreaches campaign where he mobilized fellow corpers to visit the Orphanage Center (So-Said Charity Home with food relief items), Nigeria Army Force Resettlement Center Secondary School Oshodi on effect of drug abuse among Teenagers, Lagos, Bolade Grammar School Oshodi on Skill Acquisition.
After his graduation Ifeanyi has worked with various Organizations including Life Imprints as Admin personal, Revamp Africa 2018/2019 as Program Officer, Viral Hepatitis Association of Nigeria (VHAN) 2019 as States Coordinator, and Flourish Life International Foundation (FILFO) 2019 as Project Coordinator.
He is a Member of Organization for (1)Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD), (2)Amnesty International, (3)Ambassador for the EU-UN Spotlight Initiative Programme Against Sexual Violence on Campuses at Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF), (4)YALI Network, a fellow with (5)Africa Leadership Institute, A (6)RETARD Drug Advocate (RDA) with AstraZeneca Young Health Programme in collaboration with Novel Association for Youth Advocacy.
Currently he also Volunteer with (1)Africa Young Leaders for Global Health (AYLGH), (2)Lagos Food Bank Initiative, (3)Revamp Africa Foundation, and (4)Flourish Life International Foundation (FLIFO).
His service has earned him various Award and Recognition including Certificate of Appreciation by AYLGH 2020, Peace Ambassador by FLIFO 2019, Award of Recognition by VHAN 2019, and Best EXCO by NAASUM 2016.

Mr. Elijah Ayuba (Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) Manager)
A graduate of Civil Engineering Federal Polytechnic Birnin Kebbi, Mr. Elijah is has over five years of professional experience in both his field of study and humanitarian responses.
Over the years he has served in various leadership capacities, rights from his undergraduate studies to this day. Mr. Elijah while still a student served as president of Fellowship of Christian Student (FCS), member of Nigeria Fellowship of Evangelical student (NIFES) and later served as the DCG coordinator of the fellowship, during his NYSC as Corp Member in Kaduna, he served with NIFES as Corper’s Training Secretary while handling the financial report of NIFES Kaduna zone and also others Administrative work. He did not just stop there but also served as General Secretary of Nigeria Corper’s Anti HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign (NICAAC) and went to several outreaches within Kaduna State, were he gave scholarship to 50 students for the period of 3 years and donated text books, and writing materials to both the students and school management.
During and after his Graduation, Mr. Elijah has worked in many other places including, Scyna-Matrix LTD 2013 as Assistant Site Engineer, Olabisi Omolora Enterprise Lagos 2017 as Administrative Assistant, Viral Hepatitis Association of Nigeria 2019 as Volunteer Staff and Interface Project Limited as Site Engineer.
Mrs. Lorrita Fredrick (Logistic Officer)
A graduate from the University of Maiduguri with BSc. in Sociology and Anthropology, with over 4 years of professional experience in Sexual Gender Base Violent (SGBV), Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism and Logistic and Warehouse Management.
Over the years she has worked in the emergency response program in the North East of Nigeria as Logistic/Warehouse Officer with Social Welfare Network Initiative (SWNI) in partnership with World Food Programme (WFP) of United Nations, Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) of United Nations in various Local Government, of Borno State to deliver humanitarian services. She is also an Ambassador with WINN in the fight against SGBV in North East part of Nigeria.
Mrs. Karimat Aliyu (Program Coordinator 1)
MSc. Medical microbiology and parasitology at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, with Certification in infectious disease epidemiology and sustainable control, culture/tourism community development.
Miss. Marvelene Ekott (Program Coordinator 2)
Pharmacist/pharmapreneur/Pharmedian/public speaker/writer/coach/advocate/global public health enthausiast/leader. Marvelene is a trained pharmacist from the University of Uyo with over 5 years of professional experience in practical pharmacist and global health campaign and rural health interventional response across the Country.
She has served in various capacities with various organization both local and international including; Ambassador for the EU-UN Spotlight Initiative Programme Against Sexual Violence on Campuses at Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF), State of Youth at United Nation, YALI RLC Youth at YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa –Dakar, Director for Global Health Advocacy at Africa Young Leaders for Global Health, Acting Finance Team Lead at One Voice Initiative for Women and Children Emancipation, Director of Partnerships at Slum and Rural Health Initiative Network, Antibiotic Guardian at Commonwealth Pharmacists Association.
She is also a Professional Member of International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP), Member at International Society for Infectious Disease, Member at the International Association of public Health Logisticians, Member at YALI, and Young Change maker at Youth Lead with USAID.
Miss. Precious Obgu (International Relations Officer Dubia, UAE)
An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a degree of technology in biochemistry from federal university of technology. She is a skilled communicator with proven several years financial leadership roles, with passion in changing the world.
Mr. Aniefiok Udom (Finance Officer)
A trained chemist with over five years of professional experience. He has worked with Fulga Hospital, Uyo as laboratory scientist, FHI 360, Esit Eket as Tester and community case manager, Akena Associate, Akwa Ibom State as Vaccine and equipment analyst.
